Dr Martin Porter

Dr Martin Porter joined CISL from the European Climate Foundation, where he was the team coordinator for Europe. He also led their Industry and Innovation Programme and has many years of experience working in the fields of industry, environment and sustainability. Dr Porter is an expert advisor to the European Commission on climate and raw materials, a representative on the Economic and Social Committee's Commission on Industrial Change, a member of the Advisory Board of the UCL European Institute and the Advisory Board of the Sustainable Biomass Programme. He is co-author of the Competitive Sustainability Index (Competitive Sustainability Index).
